Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Member to join the team at John Lewis Glasgow.
The Cafe is situated on the 2nd Floor of John Lewis Glasgow within the Buchanan Galleries shopping centre and offers a wide selection of soups, sandwiches, salads, hot dishes, cakes, pastries and hot drinks.
The successful candidate will be required to work 5 days per week including weekends, day time shifts.
About the Team Member role:
Taking orders, serving food and drinks
Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times
Experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess coffee making experience in addition to outstanding customer service skills.
